RAPS Euro Convergence is the most comprehensive regulatory affairs conference in Europe, focusing on the latest topics and developments in healthcare products in Europe and beyond - medical devices, IVDs, pharmaceuticals, and digital health. 

On May 6, from 14:30 to 15:30, our colleague Sarah Panten (avasis solutions GmbH) will participate in the session "The Mystic Neighbour: Notified Body Oversight with a Watch on SOTA, Risk, PMS, and Claims" hosted by Robert van Boxtel (Medical Device Project B.V.). Further contributors include Florian Tolkmitt (PRO-LIANCE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS GmbH) and Markus Poettker (Smith+Nephew). 

In this interactive role play, the MaDeR family is joined by their watchful mystic neighbour, the Notified Body. Ever observant, the neighbour looks in through the window and occasionally steps inside to challenge the family with critical remarks. Through humour, role play, and audience interaction, the session brings to life the constant tension between internal enthusiasm and external oversight, and shows how the proactive, SOTA-guided integration of processes reduces findings and builds confidence.
